Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.
Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the Springer Digital Library, the CD media of the Proceedings published by Springer LNCS-CCIS, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks during the conference days.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form, which is in PDF format and uploaded later in this space. Send your completed copyrights forms to the following email ID only peie.copyright AT theides.org
NOTE: Either electronically sign the PDF Copyright form or Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send the form.
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard LNCS format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.
All papers must be submitted as DOC or DOCX in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted); and the LNCS common template guidelines, available at WORD | PDF

All the camera ready papers must be formatted according to the Springer LNCS format; if the ACEEE/LNCS editors are observing the additional pages in a paper (while formatting - if not done by the authors), extra page charge have to be beard by the authors in order to appear in the conference proceedings and Digital Library. Step 4 - Registration
Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to peie.register AT theides.org
